DJ Hero

DJ Hero is a music video game developed by FreeStyleGames and published by Activision as a rhythm game similar to Guitar Hero. It was released on October 27, 2009 in North America and on October 29, 2009 in Europe.

The game is based on turntablism and features more than 80 remixes of two different songs from a selection of over 100 different songs across numerous genres.

To score points, the player must press buttons to activate accented beats, adjust their crossfade between the two songs, and "scratch" the turntable on the game's custom controller in time to marks that scroll on the screen to score points and perform well for the virtual crowd.

The game features both a single player Career mode and cooperative and competitive multiplayer modes.

The game also features a mode for selected songs for a DJ player to play alongside another player using a Guitar Hero guitar controller.

Many DJ and mix artists have contributed to the game both in the game's development, the creation of mixes, and in lending their images for playable avatars in the game; these including DJ Shadow, Z-Trip, DJ AM, Cut Chemist, J.Period, Grandmaster Flash, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Daft Punk, and Eminem.

I’ve writen about some movies in the blog and I’m a little bit tired of this situation, so the next time I’ll have to think better the topic to write something cool and interesting. But for today I’m going to write about one of my favourite movies (because I haven’t tought better thiose days) its name is “The tiger and the Snow”, and this ocassion I can asseverate that this is a good movie.


“The tiger and the Snow” is a romantic comedy about a man that do everything to save the life of the woman he loves. The story starts in Roma, Atilio (Roberto Benigni)
is a famous poet that Works like teacher in a University, he has two children and he is in love for Vittoria,the woman of his dreams. Atilio is always following Vittoria (Nicoletta Brashi)with the hope that one day she fail in love for him. One day Atilio receive the new that Vittoria is in Bagdad and she is seariusly injured for an accident and Atilio decided to g oto Bagdad to look alter Vittoria. When Atilio arrives to Bagdad and he finds Vittoria he knows that maybe she won’t outlive, and tries to save her life, and finally he attain it, but in the way he lives a lot of sad and comic things.


I really love this movie, because it shows a lot about the people’s ways to love and the things that the human is able to do for love, moreover all the story is a poem and I love the poetry, but don’t think that this filme is a Tipic sweet love film because it isn’t!


In addition the actors’ work is really wonderful, I’ve always loved the Italian movies and specially the Benigni films, because he is one of the best actors I’ve ever known. And if you like the Tom Waits' music you will love this film because the soundtrack includes a song of him and furthermore he acts in the movie as himself!!

The stellar game between Real Madrid and Barcelona will be played this Sunday in the Camp Nou. 2012: Fiction or reality?

Have you seen "2012"? If you haven’t, but you want, DON’T READ THIS ARTICLE because I’m going to write something about it (and it includes my opinion about the movie).

The movie was directed by Roland Emmerich...
“2012” is a movie about the prophecy created by the Mayas (our inteligent and pleasant ancestors)about the end of the world in December 22 of 2012.
The most important actors that appear in the film are John Cusack, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Amanda Peet, Oliver Platt, Danny Glover, Thandie Newton, and Woody Harrelson, they were working in Canada to film 2012.

About the story, the earth pass for natural catastrophes, like the mayan prophecies said, and the people is doing an effort to save the world. They reach ships in the Himalayas, along with scientists and governments of the world who are attempting to save as many lives as they can before the disasters ensue.Something like "The day after tomorrow").

I think that the story about the end of the life in the earth, has been used a lot of times to buy movies and it isn't really interesting for me, but maybe this movie could like you, but the true is that, in my own opinion this movie has been the worst I've ever seen these days (and it is saying too much because I watched "New Moon").

This web side was made by some boys from our class room which is 3CM, these gays are Morocha (Luis Angel), Gipsy (Josue Angel), and Baza (Alberto).

These boys are very creative because by they self make this web side and is very good and very interesting.

In this web side you can find a lot of things, that you like for example you can watch movies, series from TV, books, anime, PC programs, and the most important the homework of the day XD.

Also you can give to them whatever you want and they publish it. Like Emanuel who is the boy who publish the homework of the day or the week.

Festival International of Puebla. Los Concorde.

In the frame of the eleven edition of the International Festival of Puebla, The concorde appeared with a total success this friday. Coming up to the socle of the city and only for this night the musicians:

Poncho Toledo (La Lupita) in the bass.
Tavo Limongi (Resorte) in the guitar.
Mauricio Clavería (La ley) in the battery.
Rodrigo Baills (Fobia) in the guitar.
Leonardo de Lozanne (Fobia) as the vocalist.

Their presentation in the "party of the arts", undoubtedly caused great expectation since from several hours before the place began to fill, and hundreds of persons, in the main women were waiting the beginning of the concert, minutes after eight o'clock in the night, the group jump to the stage, with their last album named "Region 4"

The concorde touched songs like:

And tomorrow Fito Paez will be on the stage, and for close this Festival, the Tigres del Norte will play in the stadium Hermanos Serdan.

Rockampeonato Telcel 2009

Hello dums! Where have you been? Today guys, you are going to learn a little bit more about music, because I imagine that you don’t know nothing between good and bad music. Tonight is going to be the “Rockampeonato telcel 09” in our awesome city,Puebla! And that is a perfect option to go with your friends, with your couple of tea, or whoever and listen about cool music. It is time my friend, say hello to the rock and bye to the pop.

This is one of the most important championships of music in Mexico and is spondored by Telcel. Each year the “Rockampeonato telcel” is looking for good bands(music) talent, and the winner band get money and a sponsor that get many contracts and give fame to the band and that is not all, The hives, Molotov and Cafè Tacvba ahve been participated in this event. The last year the “Teletransportador” was the winner band and this year is going to play songs but not anymore as a competitor, today is a guest.

This year the championship organized a tour aroud nine cities of the country, these are: Df , Monterrey, Hermosillo, Torreon, Tijuana, Guadalajara, Queretaro, Mexico an finally in Puebla city. If you are in the mood of adrenaline, if you want to have fun and many noise, you definitely should go. Te Rockampeonato is goning to celebrate in cholula this november 13 and it is a free concert(Another cool reason why you should be there), you only have to get your ticket on the radio, or you can visit the official web. Also you can participate just suscribe your band and get ready for one of the fabulous aveture.

Hello lovely dums! How are you? I hope cool! Are you tired to give the coolest and got the worst gifts? This is over, today your world it's going to change, you are not going to worry about the present because I´m goning to talk about the gifts that you can give this christmas!

Firstly christmas is a festival celebrated each year on december 25 by differents religions aroud the world. It is supossed that people go to church, meet with their family , have dinner and open their gifts, but what kind of gift can you give? dogs, bags, chocolates, cd's, etc.
Well, here you got many mistakes that we use commit:

1. If the gift it´s to the person that we hate, we use to buy the ugliest and cheapest thing ever! or don´t give a gift!
2.If the gift it´s to the person that we like, we try to investigate what does she or he or it likes maybe we can win his/her/its heart
3. If the gift it´s to the person that we love it´s easy, because we just give what our heart wants to give!

Toy Story

Hi dummies this week I’m going to talk you about a great movie TOY STORY which is a movie from our childhood.

This movie is about some toys and their adventures in the entire city.

Some of the toys in the movie are:

Woody is an old-fashioned pull-string stuffed cowboy doll with plastic head and hands and serves as one of the main protagonist in the films.

Buzz Lightyear is a high-tech "Space Ranger from Star Command" action figure whose arrival creates jealousy in Woody.

Bo Peep is a sweet and lovable porcelain shepherdess figurine

Mr. Potato Head is a moody Mr. Potato Head doll by Playskool.

Rex is a large, green, plastic Tyrannosaurus rex with a lot of anxiety from an inferiority complex and he is afraid he is not scary enough.

Well the first movie of toystory is in 3D in the cinemas and is a great opportunity that you can’t lose, because you can back to your childhood, toystory 2 is going to be in cinemas the next week, waiting the premier of toystory 3 in 2010.

The toystory3`s director will be John Lasseter, he has made movies like “bichos”, “Toystory 2”, and Cars, for Disney Pixar.

Toystory 3 will be about the toy`s live in a nursery because Andy has to go at his university, and the toys have to leave the nursery, whit new friends and new adventures.

So you don’t have to miss the opportunity to watch this new movie and remember you childhood whit toystory 1 and 2 in 3D.

Our last day of dead in the Lázaro Cárdenas

We celebrated the day of dead (Día de Muertos) last Friday in the preparatory with a contest of offerings, in which participated all the groups of the school. The third grade "C" (the dummies) took part with an offering dedicated to the Mayan gods.

The Day of the Dead celebrations in Mexico can be traced back to the indigenous cultures. Rituals celebrating the deaths of ancestors have been observed by these civilizations perhaps for as long as 2500–3000 years. In the pre-Hispanic age, it was common to keep skulls as trophies and display them during the rituals to symbolize death and rebirth. So the old cultures celebrated the day of dead too, and the origin of this beautiful tradition comes from those age. We wanted to resemble to everybody, with our offering, where from comes the tradition of the day of dead, due to nowadays this tradition is getting lost due to foreign influences.

All the dummies worked very hard to manage to build the best offering, and we did it!, this year the dummies won the first prize; two years ago we won the third prize and a year ago we won the second prize, but the important business is that this year we had a good organization and we work together, and finally we managed to do something without troubles or fights, and I think it was very important for everyone.

I want to congratulate all the dummies for the first prize and, at the same time, I want to ask to the teacher Otoniel, how much did the dummies pay for the first prize?, because he was one of the judges and is very suspicius that his favourite group won.

It is our last year at the preparatory and we have to enjoy it, the last week we partipated in our last day of dead like a group, I know all the dummies are very happy because last friday was a really exciting day and we learned a lot of things about work together, we had our last chance to share one of the most wonderful mexican traditions and it was perfect.

Ixmucané

Last Wednesday we were present at a conference about environmental care that had as aim create conscience in the students about the environment preservation, and moreover, it was the beginning of a project started by old students of the preparatory.

"Ixmucané" is the project's name, and it was given by one of the guys on the team. It is some of the most important things we heard:

The humanity has found a house in the earth, the nature has given to the people all the resources necessaries to survive, and the people have deformed and destroyed the environment to obtain "a better place to live". But the true is that the human hasn't built a better place, the people are really egoist and in the attempt to advance they have killed innocent plants and animals, it means, EXTINCTION.

The extinction is when there`s no more animals or plants of the same specie in the world, lamentably some species are extinct like the dodo, but there's two kind of extinction, because the man and because the enviroment conditions are not adequate. Some extinct species because the enviroment conditions were the dodo bird, the tasmanian tigger, defenseless beast , etc. and some extinct species because the man were the redbellied gracile opossum, cave rat, eastern hare wallaby, mammoth, etc.

Apart from the extinction we need to take care of our environment. In the last decades the pollution has destroyed the environment, the pollution are divided in three types:

Atmospheric pollution: In the big cities, the pollution of the air owes as a result of the gas leaks of the internal combustion engines, to the domestic devices of the, to the industries. The polluted air, most CO2 is liberated in the atmosphere, like gases, steams or solid particles capable of being kept in suspension, with values superior to the normal ones, they damage the life and the health, of the humans, animals or platns, also destroys and modify the environment.

Water pollution: From always the man has overturned his tailing in the waters. In normal conditions the rivers can car be purified: the waters drag the tailing towards to the oceans, the bacteriums uses the oxygen in the waters and degrade the organic compounds, which in turn, are consumed by the fish and the water plants of turning the oxygen and the carbon to the biosphere. But as the humanity was progressing, this becomes increasingly difficult. Often the systems are saturated of tailing, and the industries overturn products that cannot be degraded by the bacteriums. All that does that the content of oxygen diminishes drastically, and that the river already does not have aptitude to support the life in it.

Soil pollution: The pollution of the soil is the presence of principally trash, and compound chemists done by the man or another alteration to the natural environment of the soil. This pollution generally appears when the tanks of underground storage broke up, application of pesticides, filtrations of sanitary landfills or of direct accumulation of industrial products.

One of the examples that we can see in Puebla, is the loss of the phermafrost in the volcano Popocatepetl, other example is the pollution on the river Amazonas.

For these reason we have to take actions to make a better place to live

Here are some of these actions, the 3R

REDUCE: we have to reduce the quantity of the products that we use in our daily routines.

Don’t forget that for make products we need water, energy, minerals, etc, that they cant be in dangerous for our actions. For these here are some advices for reduce

Chose the product whit out toxics and pollutants.

• Reduce in house, toxics products and pollutants.
• When you go to shop take whit you your own bags.
• Reduce the use of water and energy.

RECYCLE: when you go to shop see that the products that you buy are recycling because whit this we can use less products. The products that you can recycle are

· Paper and carton

· Glasses

· Metals

· Plastics

RE-USE: You can use some products over again for make less garbage:

· You can buy bottles whit re-use mode.

· Use the paper for both sides

· Give the clothes that you don’t use.

Do you prefer a facebook or a twitter?

Heeeeeeeeey dums!! How are you? I hope cool, guess what? Today I’m going to talk about social webs. I have been a victim as many people of these sites, it is easy, you enter and decide to open an account in “X” social web and then you become an addictive person! DO NOT DO IT!!! I think it is cool to have one, and meaby put some pictures in your profile but put on it all your information and use this to meet people.

My space is one of the biggest social webs, you can find emos, punks, all kind of people, but the trend is the twitter, I thin that if you want to have an account to a social web you shold try with facebook. Another web sites are hi5, and metroflog, this is the worst of the worst, because it is no safety, all people can access to your profile without your permission, many people spend all time meeting people from all places in the world. In my humble opinion theres nothing as go out with friends than go out with extrange people.

I’m agree that sometimes it is fun because it is entertainment( that is another reason why you should visit our blog than the facebook) but if you are as a stubborn as a mule we give you some advises.

1. Be carefully from psy people, what is he/she is a killer
2. As I said, do not give all your personal information
3. Do try to have electronic friends

October 24th International Day of Climate Action

Hi dummie! Well, I was searching about the climate change and I found that tomorrow is the day of the Internacional Climate Action, so im going to write you about this.

While our leaders continue to talk about what's "politically possible," the world continues to warm and precious days are running. The latest science shows that runaway global warming is even closer than we feared. We can't continue to allow our leaders to sit back and play political games when our future is at stake. Thatss why on October 24th, Greenpeace is joining with 350 organizations and a broad coalition of groups to participate in an international day of action. Events are already planned in over 100 countries around the world. Some are big, some are small, but every single one of them is absolutely necessary. Including yours…

Science clearly tells us that only dramatic action can prevent global warming and its catastrophic impacts, and the world is looking to our leaders to, well, lead. In doing so, they need to think about the next generation, not the next election.

Why we must take care of the planet?

-Mexico occupies the fifth place in deforestation worldwide.
-More than 50 per cent of our forests they disappeared in the last 50 years.
-65 per cent of the original coverage of swamp of our country has disappeared.
-25 millions of peope live in vulnerability because the global warming.
-There is an increasing dependence of the oil and other fossil fuels.
-Most of the commercial fisheries is in the limit of exploitation.
-Every second, more than 205 thousand liters of waters without treating come to the sea.
-73 per cent of the available water in the country is contaminated and needs treatment before being destined for the human consumption.
-More than 80 per cent of the agricultural lands present some level of erosion.
-Every year, the field receives at least 15 thousand tons of pesticides that impress the soil, our food and to the peasants who produce it.
-The liberation of transgenics destroy the ecological diversity, especially the maize.
-80 per cent of the varieties of the maize disappeared.
-More than 30 million persons live in regions with bad quality of the air.

Now more than ever, we need you, we need that the world leaders act to stop global warming, and they need to hear from you dummie and everyone you know. We need thousands of marches, rallies, and vigils worldwide. The event you organise on October 24th will be part of the international cry for world leaders to do what it takes to stop global warming.

Hi my dummie friend!

What do you do when you don’t have anything to do? Maybe, in this situation you spend your time surfing on the net, playing videogames or watching tv; but, have you thought about the advantages of reading? I think is a nice way to have good time, when don’t have anything to do.


Read books and newspapers is an open door to the imagination, when you read your brain draw mental pictures and create feelings, about the story you are reading, that you’ll never find in other side, there isn’t movie or show what can have the same effect in your system, because reading is a way to give to your brain exercise and stimulation.

Maybe, you hadn’t have the experience of read a whole book due to you don’t like reading, even you could think “reading is boring”, but if you give you an opportunity to read a book perhaps you’ll find a good friend.

There are a lot of topics and interesting stories saved in the books and you can elect the one that seems more interesting for you, try to read a little in your next free time and enjoy it.

I am sure read is one of the better ways to spend the time and have fun, it is better to watching TV and it gives you more benefits.
